Results from Mitch: Found.
Alan [Russell] and I went out today. Tyler said he was taking off a faucet cover that had a bird's nest in it. The bird flew out and startled him, and as he stepped back, his ring came off. Tyler had a pretty good idea where it was and we searched that area.

We noticed that the fence was the type where the flats and the three runners alternated and so Allen went on the other side to see if it made it through the gap. Apparently it did and Alan found it shortly thereafter.
